A massage of the back using a blend of oils, to relax and release tensions.

Deep tissue massage

A technique of massage targeting large muscle groups such as thighs, buttocks, and back, to broaden and strech tight muscles, this increases blood flow and releases toxins, using a variety of techinques.

Reflexology

This relaxing foot massage uses a unique system of foot massage, reflexology is based on holistic principles and springs from the same Chinese roots as acupuncture. Locating and gently massaging the reflexology points on the foot helps to redress the imbalance of energy that can cause stress and ill health.

Indian Head massage

This treatment is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system, which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. It dispels tension, and improves the condition of the hair. This wonderfully relaxing head, shoulder and arm massage is believed to help with conditions such as sinus and migraine.

Aqua Detox

The Aqua Detox unit bio-energetically stimulates the body to enable self detoxification and rebalancing of the body. Your feet are immersed in salt water in the unit for 30mins. When switched on the unit creates electrolytic flow (a flow of electrons) which imparts to the water a bio-energetic field which corresponds to that of the person using the apparatus. This allows a gentle Bio-Energetic Resonance to travel through the body. This aids the body to detoxify and rebalance itself.

Auricular Ear therapy

More commonly know as Hopi ear candling. Candles are in the shape of a chimney. As they burn the smoke produced from the candle is drawn down, this gently massages the ear. The mild warmth produced as a result of the candle burning gently, loosens ear wax and regulates ear pressure. After the candles are burnt a facial pressure point massage is given this helps with relief of sinus problems, and is a relaxing end to the treatment.
